I designed the full TaskBoard module that exists as part of the RallyEngine product offering. Answer to Solved Task 2: Evaluation of Product Recyclability.
TaskBoard has connected people in the community and encouraged town involvement. The app design supports OHR’s goal by providing a simple and clean interface that provides users with the ability to quickly add, manage and track tasks in the community. OHR’s aim is to support resilience in both everyday and emergency situations by better equipping its volunteer members. Two separate simulations were successfully conducted in the town over the span of year to effectively test the technology and ensure it met the needs of the users. In 2016 RallyEngine together with Our High River (OHR) a community group, launched the mobile app which included the TaskBoard module, to encourage town involvement and enhance community capacity in the Town of High River, Alberta, Canada. The app connects admins with people in the app network that have the unique skills, credentials, or availability to tackle their specific tasks. Volunteers can submit task updates (with photos) when finished, and administrators can track all volunteered hours. First, right-click on the taskbar and select Toolbars -> New Toolbar option. You can use each column to represent a phase of work (and move tasks from one column to the next) or a category of tasks. When to Use Task Boards A task board will come in handy when you need to manage a series of tasks all related to a common goal. The galleries also show other uses for Taskboard: Arts and crafts railroad models sculpting. and DYI enthusiasts make working objects. Architects make models by hand or with laser cutters.

TaskBoard efficiently matches people (particularly volunteers) with tasks that fit with their skills, location, and resources. You can create task boards under Tasks > Boards. Users include professional laser cutters Art teaches for class projects in schools. TaskBoard is a community capacity tool for engaging citizens and managing spontaneous volunteers.
